Clift House Road and Coronation Road are also closed to traffic.
A Bristol Water spokesperson said: “An inspector is on site and a crew are already en route. Customers affected may have low water pressure or no water.”
The area affected now seems to be wider than first thought and people in BS6, BS8 and BS9 have also reported having no water via Twitter.
Avon Fire & Rescue say local roads are closed due to the flooding and urged people to avoid the area.
