The ex-Brandon Hire Station premises on Hotwell Road in Hotwells has been put up for auction with a guide price of £600,000.

Estate agents Maggs & Allen say the site near the Mardyke pub could be redeveloped into a four-storey block of flats if planning permission is obtained.
