The unique concept means diners can try different cuisines and styles with each tasting menu. Recent menus have been based on food from New York, Tokyo and Mexico.
Diners can check in advance what sort of dishes they’ll be eating by looking at menus online before booking tables.
Six By Nico (Holdings) Limited has applied for a premises licence to open a restaurant and bar in the Quaker’s Friars area of Cabot Circus.
It is believed the proposed Six by Nico in Bristol will be in the former Carcluccio’s restaurant which closed in 2018.
