12 amazing (but pricey) flats and properties to rent in Bristol including three stunning penthouses

A recent study has revealed that Bristolians are struggling to get on the property ladder and instead are opting for renting

Bristolians have been forced to rent instead of buying a property according to a recent study by property experts AB Dryling.

The company analysed Google searches and found an 8% decline of searches for “house for sale in Bristol” whilst “flats to rent in Bristol” increased by 80% in the past month. This suggests that more and more people are struggling to get on the property ladder and purchase their own homes.

Data from Rightmove also showed that Bristol was the seventh most expensive city in the UK to get on the property ladder, with houses costing £280,112 on average, and the sixth most expensive city to rent, with monthly rent being advertised at £1,336 on average.
