A new study has revealed that the Bristol suburb of Stockwood is the hardest area to find a dream home.
The study by drylining and interior construction company AB Drylining analysed Google search data to see the number of times people search for houses for sale in areas across Bristol.
It revealed the most sought-after areas for buyers were Clifton, followed by Stockwood, Brentry, Westbury-on-Trym, Henleaze, Bedminster, Hartcliffe and Bishopsworth.
The data also uncovered the least and most competitive areas to buy a home by comparing demand to the number of houses available.
It revealed that Bristol city centre and Cotham were the easiest areas in Bristol to buy a home, with approximately 86 properties for sale per 10 searches and 51 homes listed for every 10 searches, respectively.
Stockwood was crowned the hardest area to find your dream home, with approximately 1.16 homes per 10 searches.
