The Thinking Drinkers Pub Quiz Bristol: When is it, how to get tickets including five drinks for £17

Tickets are now available for the highly acclaimed “The Thinking Drinkers Pub Quiz” which is heading to Bristol in November after selling out at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival earlier this year. The event is an interactive experience hosted by award-winning alcohol experts, comedians and drinks historians Tom Sandham and Ben McFarland.

Tickets include seven alcoholic drinks, making it ‘the best value for money show in town’. As guests compete head-to-head, Ben and Tom lead them on a hilarious exploration of alcohol’s influence on every aspect of humanity – from geography and language to history, religion, music and film.

The seven tipples on offer include a fruity British gin from Brockmans, a lager from German brewers Krombacher, a Venezuelan sipping rum called Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva and a Kentucky straight bourbon from Elijah Craig and The London Essence Company.

Ben McFarland said:  “The pub quiz is an iconic intellectual, elbow-bending institution but we’ve taken it to a higher level. Even if you don’t like pub quizzes, and even if you’re a bit thick, you’ll have a great time with some dazzling drinks and may even win some prizes.”
