New interior design studio/shop opens on Gloucester Road
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Founded by award-winning interior designer Zoë Hewett, also seen on rural retreat makeover BBC show ‘My Unique B&B’, the new Stylemongers Of Bristol shop showcases luxury fabrics, wallpapers, lighting, furniture and original art, with an emphasis on the local, sustainable and artisanal.
The front of the store is dedicated to retail and the studio’s interior design services, and the space at the rear is where interior design workshop experiences will be held.

"With this new chapter I’m on a mission to prove that sustainable interior design doesn’t have to mean compromising on style. It’s all about what things are made from, not whether it looks like a hippy Hobbit home.
"I’ve searched around to find sustainably made homeware products from B-Corp certified brands, and candles made from British stearin wax rather than soy imported from the other side of the world, for example.
"There are no toxic synthetic fragrances or paints in the shop, and the velvet cushions are cotton-only, because we need to stop making everything from plastic fibres. Even recycled polyester is processed with carcinogenic, hormone-disrupting toxins, so you won’t find those kinds of textiles in my shop.”
