"Soul of Madrid" comes to Bristol this summer in exciting British-Spanish hybrid food pop-up

Madrí Excepcional’s “Soul of Madrid” food pop-up will be touring across the UK this summer, with a stop at Bristol’s Anchor Square from noon to 10pm from August 2 to 4.

The bright red food truck will bring drool-worthy chef duet dishes inspired by both the city and Spain.

At Bristol, award-winning chefs Verity Foss and Manuel Berganza will be serving dirty fries with Chorizo and a Spanish sauce with a Madrid twist.

There will also be a “Where’s Wally”- style Street Art Scavenger Hunt mural on the site where visitors will have an opportunity to win exclusive prizes, alongside a free can of Madrí Excepcional.
