The Bristol’s cocktail bar has launched a new limited-time rum menu featuring an array of sophisticated cocktails as part of World Rum Month.

Guests will able to enjoy five new rum cocktails and a mocktail set against the backdrop of Bristol’s iconic harbourside at Rick’s until July 31.

There will also be a mix and match offer running daily until 7pm, where guests will be able to enjoy any two cocktails from the rum menu for just £16.

To honour PRIDE 2024, £1 of every Old Kiwban cocktail sale with be donated to Freedom, Bristol’s longest-running LGBTQIA+ charity which provides vital services and support to LGBTQIA+ youth aged 11 to 25 since 1995.

Mehmet Kandemir, General Manager of The Bristol, said: “We are celebrating World Rum Month at Rick’s with a menu that showcases the variation and variety of rum. Our team has crafted these cocktails to deliver an unforgettable experience, perfect for enjoying summer vibes by the harbourside. Moreover, our partnership with Freedom for PRIDE 2024 allows us to give back to the community in a meaningful way.”

A tropical blend of Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, Apricot Liqueur, Coconut and Lime, this vibrant cocktail marries the rich, robust flavours of rum with the sweet tang of apricot and the creamy smoothness of coconut, finished with a zesty lime kick.

Cuban MELONcholy

A unique blend of Havana Club 3-Year-Old, Sauternes, Coconut and Fresh Melon, this cocktail combines the depth of aged rum with the sweet complexity of Sauternes wine, balanced by the refreshing and juicy notes of fresh melon and a hint of coconut.

Roasted Mai Tai

This twist on a classic features Juny & Wulff Guyana Rum, Wray & Nephew, Lime, Orgeat and London Essence Roasted Pineapple Soda. Roasted Mai Tai offers a robust blend of rums, enriched by the nutty sweetness of orgeat and the unique, smoky flavour of roasted pineapple soda.

Old Kiwban

Guests can savour the exotic with Eminente Reserva 7-Year-Old, Homemade Lime & Kiwi Cordial, Apricot, Mint and Prosecco with this tipple.
