Popular Bristol restaurant reopens with 'mouthwatering' new fried chicken and waffles pop-up
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Kitchen by KASK, on North Street in Bedminster, is currently hosting the fried chicken and waffles pop-up created by Bristolian MasterChef contestant Adam Ball.
The pop-up, named FRANKIE’S in homage to the chef’s daughter, showcases a menu of gluten-free fried chicken and waffles, paired with natural wines and local beer.

His signature ‘Million Layer Potatoes’ also makes an appearance alongside Mac & Cheese and Frickles, and guests can also look forward to indulgent Zeppole desserts.
FRANKIE’S will be complemented by a curated selection of wines from KASK - the restaurant’s sister wine bar - with each dish paired with vibrant Pet Nats (naturally sparkling wines).
For those who prefer grain over grape, a range of craft beers, including gluten-free options, will also be paired.

The re-opening comes as KASK prepares to mark its fifth anniversary, where the celebrations will start beyond the walls of its North Street bar.
On September 14, ‘KASK + Friends’ will find the team down the road in The Yard at the Tobacco Factory alongside three of their wine suppliers: French & English specialists Wines Under The Bonnet; Bulgarian specialist The Jolly Merchants; and Bristol’s own Spiegel & Peach.
