New ice cream pop-up opens in Bristol serving ‘delicious and decadent’ cookie dough and gelato bites

Doughlicious has set up inside the Harvey Nichols at Cabot Circus shopping centre for the next month.  

The start-up, led by Kathryn Bricken, is offering its ‘delicious and decadent’ treats for £2 per ball and £5 for three.

A Doughlicious spokesperson said: “With flavours to suit all tastes, choose from indulgent classics like Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Truffle and Mint Chocolate Chip, to decadent Cinnamon Churro and take your perfectly portioned, hand-held snack to a party with friends, grab as a late-night snack or simply nestle in front of a movie and savour a moment of epic indulgence.”  

The pop-up is on the ground floor of Harvey Nichols from now until September 24. 

Doughlicious can also be found in stores as packs of six bites at Tesco, Morrisons and Farm Foods across Bristol.
