Bristol's award-winning Bank restaurant team to open exciting new French dining spot Lapin at Wapping Wharf

Dan O’Regan and Jack Briggs-Horan, the owner & founder and executive chef & co-owner of Bank on Wells Road in Totterdown, plan to launch new French restaurant Lapin at Cargo 2 in Wapping Wharf on Wednesday, April 2.
Lapin will centre around a more classical style of eating out, with a seasonal menu built around starters, mains and desserts.

Hide AdWine will play a big role at the restaurant, with a wide-ranging list of French vintages and some French styles from around the world.

Dan said: “Having enjoyed such success and support for our wood fired sharing plates ethos at BANK, we’re unbelievably excited to be opening a restaurant that’s inspired by the inimitable style of French cooking.
