The team behind an award-winning restaurant in Bristol have announced plans for their second project.

Dan O’Regan and Jack Briggs-Horan, the owner & founder and executive chef & co-owner of Bank on Wells Road in Totterdown, plan to launch new French restaurant Lapin at Cargo 2 in Wapping Wharf on Wednesday, April 2.

Lapin will centre around a more classical style of eating out, with a seasonal menu built around starters, mains and desserts.

“Warm hospitality, and a relaxed convivial spirit, backed up by playful twists on French classics, are going to be our foundation, and we really can’t wait to welcome both new and existing guests through our doors.

“Wapping Wharf is without a doubt a bastion of incredible restaurants in Bristol. From having our neighbourhood restaurant in Totterdown, it felt right to branch out to such a vibrant and community-minded part of the Bristol dining scene.”
