Popular Bristol Thai restaurant Jean's Bistro to open new sushi and Japanese food venture
A popular Thai restaurant in Bristol is set to launch a new food business later this month.
Jinzu, which will sell sushi and Japanese food to go, is due to open on Gloucester Road, in what was previously Jean’s Thai Mini Mart.

Hide AdThe new venture is being launched by Jean’s Bistro, located just a few doors up the road.
Jinzu will create sushi, teriyaki chicken, curries, rice bowls, noodles and sashimi salad, all made on-site and ready to go.
Food will be able to be collected or delivered via Uber Eats.
