Just over a dozen new food hygiene ratings for cafes, restaurants, takeaways and pubs across Bristol were published last month on https://ratings.food.gov.uk/
The eateries received one of 6 ratings: 5 (very good), 4 (good), 3 (generally satisfactory), 2 (some improvement is necessary), 1 (major improvement) or 0 (urgent improvement is necessary) out of 5.
