Good Food Guide Awards 2025: Two top Bristol restaurants on the same road make the shortlist

Kyu Jeong Jeon and Duncan Robertson, who run Dongnae on Chandos Road, have been shortlisted for the Chef to Watch category.
The husband-and-wife team opened the Korean restaurant in Redland last year as an addition to their existing restaurant Bokman in Stokes Croft.

Hide AdFamily-restaurant Wilson’s, which is also on Chandos Road, has also been shortlisted for the awards, under the Best Value Set Menu category. It’s Bristol's only Michelin Green Star restaurant.
The awards, which take place on February 3 in London, recognise the “chefs and restaurateurs who have earned their place at the top over the past year”.
