The drinks menu also features creative twists like the Corny Margarita, made with Nixta Corn Liqueur and a nostalgic Tequila Sunrise.
Complementing the drinks are two festive small plates: Mexican chicken tacos and Rick’s beloved house nachos.

A special 2-for-£18 cocktail offer will be available until 7pm each day.
Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, one evening of the event will feature a live DJ who will perform between 6 to 11pm on Saturday, May 3.
“This year, we wanted to bring a little extra sunshine to Bristol with a bold, flavourful nod to Cinco de Mayo,” said Brian Milne, food and beverage manager at The Bristol, which Rick’s is part of.
“Our partnership with Volcan de mi Tierra has allowed us to craft a truly fiesta-style menu that pairs perfectly with the vibrant energy of Rick’s.”
