Award-winning Bristol sandwich shop Sandwich Sandwich announces plans to launch new hot food menu

Sandwich Sandwich, which has sites on Baldwin Street, Park Row and Queens Road, teased a new ‘hot stack’ on social media.

The family-run business, which was named the Uber Eats Restaurant of the Year 2023, wrote: “Our new hot food menu is something I’m really excited about and to be perfectly honest I think they’re some of the best sandwiches we make.

“I shouldn’t say that as cold sandwiches are kind of what we’re famous for but I’ve been brought up on honesty and great values.

“I think it’s worth mentioning that the only time I can remember lying was when I told my boss that I couldn’t work because my dog had died.

“My dad then rang my mum, only for her to confirm the dog was in fact fine.

“People think there’s perks to having your dad as your boss, but I suppose I sit on the fence about the whole ordeal.

“This hot stack has got a candied jalapeño cream cheese which sounds like a dream but it is in fact completely real as I touched it and it felt really nice and creamy.

“If you’re someone who finds jalapeño’s spicy I really think you should consider some kind of therapy as that must be really tough on both your personal and professional life.
