Coffi Lab has opened its 10th venue in the UK and first in Bristol at the former Lloyds bank.
The brand was founded by James Shaplan who was inspired by his love of coffee and how it brings people together and by his lovely Labrador, Dylan.
It aims to create beautiful, open venues” in “leafy neighbourhoods where family and friends could come together without having to leave their canine companions at home.”
Coffi Labs also raises money for Guide Dogs for the Blind and sponsors some of the puppy raised by the charity.
The cafe’s Lab House Roast uses coffee beans from Costa Rica, which beautifully balances with flavours of milk chocolate, caramel and tangerine, which are exclusively sourced for Coffi Lab.
The menu also includes a selection of handmade smoothies, delicious sandwiches and focaccias, pastries and baked goods the Coffi Lab bakery and Hobbs House.
There is also a menu for our furry friends which includes pupccinos, coconut ice cream and Coffi Lab biscuits. Multiple water bowls have been placed around the café for dogs visiting.
The Gloucester Road venue also sells the in-house coffee beans and reusable cups.
