Bristol Pride Day 2025: Line-up, march route, tickets and travel - here's what you need to know

Bristol Pride returns from June 28 to July 13, with the main Pride Day taking place on July 12.

Kim Wilde will be the 2025 Afternoon Legend alongside other headliners Cascada, Ultra Naté and Brooke Lynn Haytes.

Entry to the event is donation based with the option to purchase supporter wristbands that come with multiple perks.

Bristol Pride Day 2025 - Parade March Route

The parade will be kicking-off from the Bandstand end of Castle Park at 10.45am before makings its way through the city centre and on to Lloyds Amphitheatre where the shuttle busses depart for the Downs. Note, there is a short hill incline on Union Street.

The walking parade takes about an hour to complete and is 2 miles long. Anyone can take part at no cost.

Travel at Bristol Pride 2025

Local Buses

Guests will be able to travel for free with First Bus busses on the First Bust Bristol Zone on July 12 when they purchase a supporters wristband. You will be emailed a promotional code to enter onto the app to get your free ticket.

The 1, 2, 3 and 4 will take you to The Downs when you use the College Green (P1) and The Cenotaph (C10) stops.

The bus ticket is valid all day within the Bristol area.

Shuttle Bus

There will be a free shuttle bus service from the Lloyds Amphitheatre (where the walking parade finished) to The Downs from 11am to 10pm.

The shuttle bus is free for wristband holders or charged at standard First Bus Bristol rates for those without.

Road Closures

There will be various road closures around central Bristol and Broadmead between 10am and 2pm to facilitate this year’s Pride Parade.

Bristol Pride Day 2025 - Youth Area

The Youth Area is open to 13 to 21 year olds from noon to 5pm.

The area (which is alcohol free) provides a relaxed and safe space for young people who are LGBTQIA+ or are exploring their gender and sexuality.

Varies activities will be held ranging from DJ workshops to clown and drama games workshop, and bracelet and jewellery making all day, temporary tattoos as well as space to sit and just hang out.

They include money off onsite bar prices, discounts or free upgrades with food traders, plus other great partner money savings as well as free travel on Pride Day via First Bus and Pride Shuttle Services.

Pride Day Supporter wristbands cost £9; £15 for Fast Track Day Supporter wristbands which also guarantee fast track entry with dedicated gate lane and a souvenir fabric wristband; £30 for Day + Night Supporter which also guarantees entry to The Official Pride Afterparty at O2 Academy Bristol and Queenshilling as well as discounted entry to other partner afterparties; and £45 for Super Supporter which also gives access to the Pride Day Supporter area with a free drink on arrival and dedicated toilets and bar.
