The city recorded a rate of 490.42 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending October 29, according to the latest data from Public Health England.
That’s 2,294 cases of the virus within the city boundaries in the last seven days.
The infection rate in Bristol is higher than the national average, which currently stands at 371.4 cases per 100,000 people.
The area with the lowest infection rate is currently Bristol city centre, which is showing 195.8 cases per 100,000 people.
