Nick said: “Marco Pierre White is one of my food heroes so it’s quite surreal that I’m now in charge of the food of one of the country’s greatest ever chefs.
“I also hold true to Marco’s ethos of serving good quality food in a relaxed, friendly environment, where service is key to a great meal out.
“I’m also really excited by the seasonality of the menu and want Bardolino to be a place where guests feel welcome and relaxed.

Jason Eaton, general manager added: “We’re delighted to welcome Nick to the best health club in the UK.
“He comes with a great pedigree and being local, understands what the people of the area want when they dine out. We wish him all the best and look forward to welcoming both members and non-members looking to enjoy delicious, fresh Italian food.”
