New appointment: Bristol-based recruitment business appoints Associate Director

Bristol-based recruitment company, Baltimore Consulting, has announced that recruitment specialist Ailidh Van Wyk has been appointed Associate Director of Client Engagement following a six-month secondment in the role.

As Associate Director of Client Engagement, Ailidh will be responsible for driving sales and delivering quality service to both new and existing clients across vulnerable subject areas in education and social care.

Ailidh has been an integral part of the business since joining in 2016. Starting her role in education, her innate ability to build relationships has allowed the business to work exclusively with an additional 18% of Local Authorities across the UK, placing senior professionals working within Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Now, having been acting in this position since September 2023, she has seen a 23% increase in GP across the business from the relationships she has built and maintained with MSP and framework providers, nationwide.
