Bristol-based recruitment business appoints Head of Finance Operations

As Head of Finance Operations, Natalie’s role is fundamental in ensuring the business runs like a well-oiled machine and will be responsible for leading a back office team and supporting the sales team to deliver a quality service to both clients and candidates alike.

Natalie has been an integral part of Baltimore Consulting since 2019, having embarked on her journey with the business as the Finance Lead, and developing her repertory of skills into overall operations and leading a team.

During her tenure, Natalie has reduced debtor days by 15%, and reduced aged debt to virtually nil. She has coached and trained new staff and apprentices to allow the team to double in size, whilst developing a culture of feedback, continuous improvement and high performance.

Natalie has led the compliance team into successfully managing a contractor book growth of 100%, whilst implementing a new compliance system to facilitate progression at this level.

A significant appointment within the business; not only is Natalie’s progression representative of Baltimore Consulting’s growth, but the business’ commitment to their employees, as well as their clients and candidates.
