Now hosting around 150 concerts and 120 commercial events each year, Roundhouse generates vast amounts of financial, business and attendee data with every event. With its previous finance software approaching ten years old, it became clear to Roundhouse finance department that its system had quickly become out of date, struggling to provide real-time reports and cross-team data sharing functionalities.
Alongside hosting world-class events since the 1970’s, the Camden Town-based venue also operates The Roundhouse Trust, which supports young people in the local community through an artistic programme.

Hide AdWith majority of the Trust funded from events revenue, it was vital for Roundhouse to provide its finance function with a system that could easily integrate with other business systems to provide a unified view of financial and operational data.
